后才能定。那么是先去车铺检查后再讲价，还是讲价后觉得价格合适再去检查？
我自己想，可能一般是检查后可以根据车况讲价，但如果车主不愿减到预期的价位，那

For used vehicles: test drive - price agreement - (machnical check as a
optional step). You probably can have a good idea of the vehicle condition
after test driving it, the final check may not tell you much more than what
you already know. But if you want to pay a few dozen $ to get a report from
a auto-shop, nothing wrong to do it.
