发帖数: 154 | 1 We need some help on what we should do regarding a accident of car collision
that happened about one week ago right outside of Warmart Supercenter. We
believe it is totally the other driver's fault, but he denied. So we want
to get the video from Warmart to show the whole accident process. However,
the Warmart Supercenter confirmed that they won't release the video to
either a person or an insurance company without filing a accident report to
get the policemen involved.
We intend to file the report to the police office, but we don't know its
pros and cons. We would really appreciate that if you could suggest what
best we should do to handle this situation. Your help is greatly
appreciated. |
