"Does TrueCar include taxes, title and other fees?
The TrueCar Price Report does not include taxes, title or registration fees.
Dealers occasionally like to slap on a bunch of other fees, such as
documentation, floorplan assistance, vehicle preparation, etc. Some are
legit, some are not, and we recommend to check out this blog post to
understand whether TrueCar includes it and whether you should pay the fee."
TTL = tax + title + license

发帖数: 1486 | 3 doc fee，dealer fee都是dealer 额外charge的，金额不等，但是有些州有法定上限，
比如NY最多doc fee 75刀；有些州没有上限，比如佛州，dealer可以漫天要价。
Title和registration是给MVD的，要看你的州的注册费和税率是多少。
