会有讨价还价的余地吗？
被撞的车子应该怎么处理呢？其实前面都还是好的，engine啥的都是好的，还是刚换的
轮胎。。。
另外车上有孕妇，检查的医药费、误工费啥的都是怎么算的？
现在真是挺郁闷的，开得好好的车没了，还得重买。。。有经验的同学给出点建议吧，

Depending which State the accident occurred, you probably will need to use
your PIP (Personal Injury Protection) first, usually $2500 per person per
accident. This is covered by your own insurance unless you did not buy it.
It is said NOT to increase your premium. Your insurance company will pay
your medical bills and loss of wage under this $2500, when this is exhausted
(their term), your bills will be covered by the other party's insurance.
Usually the big part is your personal compensation (unless your totaled car
was a very new MB, BMW, Audi, etc). You should get more one the totaled car
than you can sell on your own, since the other party's insurance company
will value your car based on the selling prices of similar cars on dealer's
lots in your area, not KBB. And I believe you have some space to negotiate
your compensation on the car, but usually not much.
My advice: get a lawyer with good reputation, he/she will handle everything
for you. In your case, I highly suggest you to get a lawyer. Some states has
6-month limit to claim injury, some have 1 year. Hiring a lawyer does not
mean that you will get more money or save you time, but your lawyer knows
all the regulations, he/she will make sure you do not make mistakes during
the process, ie, sign something you should not sign, etc.
Actually I think the most important thing is to make sure you, your wife,
and your baby are all OK.

选了个有实力的，理疗6个月，让对方保险陪了3万，自己白得一万。其实屁嘛没事，律
师和理疗是心智肚明，律师就喜欢你这样的，白送钱啊。马上看黄页找律师，叫911，
从头到脚查一遍。

车的赔偿保险公司会按所谓的市场价格赔，是大概最近一段时间20个dealer相似车售价
的平均，一般都不错，比你预计的高。
我年初车祸，2004 sentra 10万miles total了,对方保险赔了7000+tax,cragslist上
大概能卖5000就不错了。
total的车保险公司会拿走，或者低价卖给你。
