dealer estimated并且提前收的.
还看了term, "by law, dealership will refund any overcharge to customer on
title and registration fee." 我看了一下DMV的charge表格, 发现并不需要这么多钱
. 按照法律dealer应该返还overcharge的部分.
请问版上有没有收到过这个fee的refund的? | d****n

很多人也觉得是小钱就不要了. 这个是有law suite.

These are the fees paid to DMV, by the dealer or consumer, for registration
and title. The dealer can estimate these fees but the Law requires the
