发帖数: 1347 | 1 上周日送人去机场，在public arrival最左边的车道超速。限速15，开了可能有40。当
时一个警察冲出来，没有测速枪，说我开太快，给我开了一张罚单，但不是speeding，
code是3361—Driving vehicle not at safe speed。然后他问我开多少速度，我说大
概有40，他就把我说的写在罚单的备注里。想问一下上庭辩解可以说我当时因为紧张，
所以多说了速度么？我肯定是超速了，但也许没有40那么快。我查了一下，3361的罚单
无论超速多少，最差的结果就是扣2分，罚110块。
这是第一张罚单，希望法官能不计点。。多谢大家！ | c*****n
