as 26. I have been driving quite defensively in the city with mostly ~10 min trips and stop&go
driving. I have been driving for 3 months and got an avg of 15 mpg only,
well below 19 mpg...
No lights on, new tires and struts, did everything the mechanical check
recommended to. Just wondering whether this sounds normal, or what could be
the possible problem.

could be some problems leading to this.

fluctuation, taking consideration of all factors..
