the sale agent is really rude. he gave me a quote. but when we dropped by
the store, he gave me a new higher price (300$). we just asked him why there
is 300 difference. he became mad and walk away directly. We were very angry
and didn't think of talking to his GM. Now we want to go back and ask him
or GM to honour the deal. Do they have to honour the quote?
