警察也写了report，告诉我我没有责任。各自回去给保险公司打电话。
我是progressive，她是allstate。
现在我的保险公司给我打电话，说可以先帮我修车，给我租车，然后等报告下来再bill
allstate。
我担心这样会不会影响自己的保险？因为我没有责任。
另外allstate如果修车的话，是不是只负责修好，不负责折旧费？

I. file a claim with the other driver's insurance company directly. you
don't pay anything
or
II. file a claim with Your Own insurance company if you have full
coverage, then you have to pay deductible first because you are
technically filing a claim against your own insurance. then if it's
determined it's not your fault, your ins company will get all the money
back and refund your deductible.
there is no such thing as 折旧费

我自己保险比较好，deductible也只有50刀。我自己也有租车保险。
但是如果我用了自己的保险，修车费progressive可以从allstate要回来，
但是我的租车且不是还是要用自己保险？
一般哪种比较好点啊？

allstate is responsible for the fee for the rental car for the days your
car is in the repair shop
your own insurance will cover the insurance for the rental car
I would claim all state directly |
