发帖数: 251 | 3 跟你的gift 没关系， 只要是修理的价钱大于车本身的valune，车就报废了。是对方保
险公司的评估员来决定给你多少钱的赔偿，到kbb 查查你的车现在值多少钱，心里有个
底，在看他给你多少。愿意修还是不修你自己决定。 | i****a

A. get cash - if you do NOT want to fix the car or want to fix it cheap
and
pocket the differece, get 3 free estimates from 3 different body shops,
fax them
to the insurance company and ask for as much as possible
or
B. get the car fixed - send your car to good bodyshop, ask them to bill
the
insurance directly. Usually insurance company recommended bodyshop are
good;
avoid dealer because most dealers do not do body work, they tow your car
to a
body shop nearby and charge you $2000 extra.
Call other party's insurance. demand car rental reimbursement, starting
from the
day of the accident until the proprety damage claim is closed.
get a lawyer if you want to claim bodily injury. you can spend dozens of
hours on
research, paper work and fighting with insurance company. Or you can get
a lawyer
and do nothing other than going to the doctor/therapy and usually get
more money
into your pocket.

如果我觉得对方保险公司的赔偿数额太少该怎么办？
如果责任方的保险中property damage上限低于我的期望该如何处理？

。一般来说如果没有人生伤害起诉都不合算。 |
