我前一辆车的AC控制不能调1~2档，上论坛一查发现是普遍问题，可惜厂家就是不承认。

Or, for any reason, not every vehicle with a recall problem got the problem fixed. More recalls of a model, more chance of recall problems being not fixed. If you happen to buy such a car, take that risk.
On the other hand, you may be right in that consumer complaints are more important than official recalls in identifying a potential problem of a model hence more useful to you before you decide to buy that model, either a new one or a used one.

发帖数: 1350 | 11 Agree. Depends on what the recall is. If it's just a driver's manual recall,
not a big deal, but if it's a brake problem, before the recall you might
have already encounted some severe accidents due to that. As such, people
should look at the details of recalls. My wife used to like BMW X5, but
after seeing so many of its recalls, she gave up considering it anymore --
after all, it's some reflection of the quality.
