Just wondering what documents I should get from the owner? Just the title
with the signature of the seller? Anything esle?
I have no experience on it. Can anyone shares some expeirence?

most states you only need the signed title. some states require the
signature to be notarized
do not need to give a copy of driver's license to seller. unless you are
paying by personal check and he wants some insurance
