我住maryland ，今夜拜访VA朋友在回家路上的十字路口stop sign 旁略踩刹车，见四
周无车便继续油门前行，谁知不久后方警灯示停，警察下车打个招呼就问是否见到十字
路口stop sign， 我说看到也有停， 他却否认我的回答，要了驾照就会车上抄ticket
， 最后就要不让我11月上court或者pay the fine 92刀。。。我问警察是否扣分， 他
只说VA有扣，但我持MD的驾照也不清楚，因为在08，09，分别都收到illegal U TURN的
罚单（第一次去上庭法官开恩付20刀了事，第二次没，直接网上付罚款）， 这次加起
来是否又要扣分， 求问大虾们这种情况是否扣分， 需要去上庭解决？马里兰的驾照总
分数是多少，听说三年清除记录，具体請大家帮忙解答，谢谢！

发帖数: 2828 | 2 all you need about md's traffic law are included in the driver's handbooks
for point system information, see handbook A, page 23-25
btw, I assume you are not a good driver because 1. you are not familar with
traffic law, 2. you ate three tickets but still have no attempt to read the
handbook by youself. So you'd better pay the fine because I believe it will
help you remember the law better. Don't be afraid of losing points even your
license, as you won't be killed if your license is suspended.

laws in other state )

发帖数: 186 | 6 上庭不知找什么理由， 跟法官说没有违规也不见得相信， 除非警察当日缺席， 但VA
的警察出庭时间比我们还要准时，郁闷
查查driving record的点数，没扣点的话就付钱了事
