写个人信息和SSN fax回去，然后才能deliver。DEALER说这份文件是用来run credit
on me的。但是我看着像是拿来申请finance的。我是全款cash的，所以用不着申请
finance。麻烦大牛们帮忙看看这个文件是不是正常的。谢谢。
