（1）我把cashier's check给对方，对方把车给我（但还没有转title）
（2）对方把check寄到相应的financial bank
（3）一周后，等银行把手续办好寄回给对方，对方再把转让的相关文件FedEx给我。
请问这样可行吗？在这个过程中，需要注意什么吗？有没有哪些环节要立些字据？

current registration);
1. Ask for loan statement/account screenshot showing the payoff amount. Ask
for his loan bank name, account and phone number. He should call and let his
bank know you are paying off his loan. If you are not sure you can call and
directly mail the check to the bank too. Write the cashier's check for the
EXACT amount of the payoff, to the bank's name. Anything more you can pay
cash.
