前两天去DC，不小心吃了一张大趴车罚单，$100+。先向要骂俺的人认个错：俺知道错
了，下次会小心
的。然后再问问：因为DC不是俺车所在州，可不可以赖着不交？$100+对俺还是太多了
点。
另，罚单的warning列了这样一句：If your answer to a parking violation is not
received within 60 calendar days, your vehicle may be booted and towed after
two or more outstanding tickets. 就俺理解，好像这次不交应该没事情。
