do is to cut a certified check to the bank/lender and get the notarized
title from them. that's it. the seller and the bank will figure out the
difference btw loan amount and purchase price themselves. | b*****t

But I don't think he can do anything about it. Think it this way, if you
wanted to buy it but he sold it to someone else already, what can you do
about it? Do you think you can sue him and win?
But may hurt your RP a bit.
That's why seller should have asked you to put down say 200 deposit to
protect himself a bit.
As of if it's a deal or not - only you can tell. If you're happy, it's a
deal. Oh the other kind of deal? like you see on Ebay/craigslist? those

室的电话马上打回来，而且从开始就说你agreed the deal, you said... blahblah,
我感觉他准备好了，等我上钩说yes, but 这类的话。我从开始对他的指控全都说no,
