ride in a federally approved child safety seat. (At least in California)
IT'S THE LAW and it's a good law.
BTW, no offense, just curious, how to 家长抱着坐?

I never try that. I rent a car, but without baby seat in that company, for
other family's baby.
Just want to find some good answer.

The reason? A tragedy story happened in Beijing, China about one month ago..
. When an Infiniti driven by a drunk gay hit a small car, the girl in that
small car were literally thrown out and died immediately because her mom was
holding her and no car seat was used.
