loan. ask your lender for details

要卖车，就要用买方出的钱再加上你要贴的钱把贷款付清后，拿到Title后再转给买家
。如果对方也需要贷款，你们可以同贷款银行谈。
至于损失多少。看你卖的高低了，说不定你还赚钱呢。
