everyday, even from silicon valley to LA. If the buyer really understand
car market, the salvage title does not matter.
Salvage has nothing to do with speed or quality. It's only related to
repairing and refurbishing cost paid by insurance company.
The labor cost for refurbishing is very hight, especially in northern
California, the insurance company paid good money on this car.
Salvage price is usually 70-80% of the market price.

insurance company to refurbish-- then the car maybe become a salvage--
though it does not affect the quality at all and the speed is Zero.
