for public auctions, whoever pays a certain fee can attend. the fee is like
a ticket to an event and it varies. the one i went to used to be only 10,

own.
the quality of the cars are generall ok condition. because u r competeting
against dealers in most cases, it is cheap. what dealers do normally is just
do a detailing and sell it with couple thousands added to the purchasing
price.
my suggestion is, unless u r experienced with cars, don't do it alone. i
still don't think i can fully understand their english :) |
