如果汇报应该向哪儿汇报呢？我当地还是收款人所在地的警局？
有没有什么专门部门管这事儿？
还是多一寺不如少一寺？
主要是不想让他们再骗人了，看见犯罪不制止，也就是犯罪。

while alerting WU over the country to notify the police when someone show up
to collect the money using this specific ID information?
Police can catch them at the scene.

quebec就是一骗子窝，虽然给的是电话卡号码，还是找的到骗子采访的，警察关键是懒
