I am Seattle area, with tax rate 9.8%.
Dealer told me the invoice price for this car is 23840.
I checked KBB, the invoice price is $23,713, and new
car blue book value is $23,740.
I will talk to them tomorrow. What price do you suggest me
to offer tomorrow? Please give me a reasonable price. Don't
tell me $23000 :).

tax rate 9.5%, $1500 rebate, $1000 student rebate.
I think I will argue the price with Mazda dealer first. If
I can get a better deal, then I will just take CX7.
