if you have no experience with cars, you must have 20+ years experience with
people. try to only buy cars from nice people. personally if the seller is
not nice, i tend not to buy his car however good it "looks".
must give a VIN. if not, either has accident or seller not eager to sell it.
if something seems too good to be true, it is. do not try to take small
profits.
