called the owner and asked detail address and told him I was on the way.
9:15 called ld up and we headed to the bank
9:45 got cash, drove to the car
10:30 Saw the car, basic inspection, test-drive, full inspection
11:15 started to bargain
11:30 signed the title, bill of sale, notarization
