确实ENS要求你一直在雇佣单位工作,所以如果见习期没过就给开了,签证的validity就
成问题了
但这不构成不approve的条件,除非签证官严重怀疑你可能过不了probation或者对澳大
利亚劳动力市场来说你还不属于不可缺少的

发帖数: 18 | 5 The lawyer told me this is a recent change in policy. If this's true, DIAC
should state that such person is not eligible for applying. However, I don't
see that on their website.
BTW, My contract is fixed for 5 years, with the possiblily of renewal
afterwards. |
