the paid one is only for alert, it will alert you at any time there is change
in your credit history (like situations some hackers use your CC to purchase
some thing)

you can ask for a free report at any time, just write/fax them (not email)
the paid one is only for alert, it will alert you at any time there is change

disclosed to your self
for example, you will find

in fact, the amount is specified by the bank, and the total credit you
