Internship for Power management design engineer
The interns will work as a part of a team at the Power management IC at RFMD
phoenix design Center in Chandler under the supervision of senior designers
. The team's mandate is to design and develop PMIC and controllers on variou
s cell phones and base station. The design environments used will be cadence
, ADS, labviw and matlab.
Mandatory Capabilities:
1) Firm foundation in IC design engineering: basic and advanced analog circu
it, LDO, DCDC converter, mixed signal circuit.
2) Experience writing serious applications in any circuit development enviro
nment.
3) Analytical, methodical thinking.
Desired Skills:
1) Design and developed experience in analog/mixed signal circuit
2) Experience in design SMPS for GSM, mobile phones, and base station for wi
reless communication.

amework of an IC design engineering discipline.
Project
The team members solve complex problems on the leading-edge of PMIC for mobi
le system as well as base system in wireless communication
