very weak. 3 meters from router she gets 1-2 bars, 5 meters she gets
nothing. I changed channels on router, reset her network but still can't
resolve the issue. I called apple support, some A3 answered did exactly
what he asked, reset router, change channel, reset network. Last thing we
tried was back up her data and reset the phone, but looks like it's still
too weak beyond 5 meters.
Is this a defect? She's got the phone for 2 months and just noticed the
issue because her LTE was good enough until she noticed her usage was way
above normal. Please help. | f***s
