I bought my iphone 4s about 1 week ago and it has been working very good in
TX. I am in Charleston these days, and it had several problems since this
morning.
Somehow it stared to show "Invalid SIM" this morning. I did not pay too much
attention as I thought it might be weak signal. However, I think I can
still check my Emails at that time. In the afternoon, I took a ferry to an
inland and it has no signal at all. All my other friends's phones had signal
, and a few of them also use AT&T although not iphone. I turned off my phone
and turned on for a few times but it still had no signal. I thought it
might because iphone is not using 4G so might less signal? The problem is
that my phone still had no signal when I came back to the downtown area of
the city until I restart the phone.
Then during the dinner, somehow my phone lost signal again. I met another
friend who is using iphone. His phone works perfect at that place. So I
turned off my phone and restarted again and it has been working since then.
I am wondering what can be the problems with my iphone. It seems having weak
signal. And the most frustrating part I think is that it will continue
showing "invalid SIM" even when I come to the city until I restart it again.
