upgrade to 4.3.3, even if you have downloaded the 4.3.3 firmware. Since
everybody is working on jailbreaking iOS5, your best hope is to wait for its
official release this fall. Meanwhile, it doesn't hurt to back up your shsh
with tinyumbrella. There just might be a good 4.3.5 jailbreak before a good
one for 5. Never say never.
