这个我完全没想到，所以不知道怎么说，当时回答的是学习机会和有挑战的工作。还有
其他比较好的回答么？
2. what is the part of the previous job that you didn't like?
我第一反应是委婉的说没有，可又觉得太假，就回答的是比较不喜欢做report里面文档
编辑。
虽然以后面试未必会碰到同样的问题，但是讨论一下总是有好处的，也可以给其他在找
工作的朋友们当个借鉴吧。 | J*******t

possbilities are: opportunities to see the big picture, see my work make a
difference, doing value added work, energetic team environment....
this is harder to answer, the key is no matter what answer you give, you
need to put a positive spin on it. for example "to be honest with you, I
didn't like the repeative monthly resering work so much, but I found some
opportunities to automate certain processe so each time around we were able
to do things a little more efficiently" then get into the process
improvements
to show off what you can do..... another example " I didn't really like the
documentation process so much, but i found it helpful to do the
documentation
as I build the models, and I also created some templates to make the process
easier...."
interviews are not tests, you don't have to answer the questions precisely,
aslong as you have the answers somewhat related, you should be OK - use all
opportunties to show case your strengths and downplay your weakness....

发帖数: 258 | 6 我的情况因为没有direct experience，所以电面也没有具体的技术问题。而且，我这
一次在这些问题上有点卡，希望以后有提高，起码可以很流畅的给出比较正面的回答。
至于是否重要，貌似是对方应该考虑的。
