It looks like this event is organized by Pauline, a recruiter, who, based on
the experience of my co-worker, is "demanding" and does not have the
candidate's best in her mind. It seems she just wants to get the candidate a
job and earn her commission.
I didn't meant to bad-mouth her, just want to share this info with whoever
is interested in using her as a recruiter.
