They are looking for an Associate / VP level quantitative structuring
candidate that can transition into a solutions type role on their
structuring team. This individual should come from the insurance industry (
hedging program- ideal) and be able to provide valuable in depth knowledge
that will help in providing bespoke/tailor solutions for insurers. This
candidate needs to be comfortable in a client facing capacity.
