发帖数: 1055 | 1 头聊起这几天电面的事，说过去接触过的中国女同事都基本上不怎么说话（我估计就是不怎么跟老美说话吧），面试过的很多中国女生也都是问一句答一句，很难把对话持续下去，但是这几天电面的几个中国女生都很能把话题展开了说，虽然英语不算太好，时不常还用一些很大的词汇，但是不妨碍领导更好地了解这个人，所以觉得相当满意，初步打算把她们都弄来onsite

True, there are people who naturally do good jobs in phone interview and are
eye candies to interviewers and they can talk endlessly but in most cases,
there's hardly any content to it.
Also, the fact that they do a good job in an interview or they succeed in
pleasing you does not mean that she's such a pleasant person to be around or
work with. One of my collegeaues, a Chinese. girl, you can simply tell how hard she's trying to please everyone, white of course, bl | S*******t
