my company. After the career fair is over, all the recruiter met and
discussed about the fair as well as general resumes pros and cons we've seen
. The following is some comments from that meeting as well as suggestions
from my company's recruiting process:
1. There really isn't a need to include an objective statement. Often time,
this is obvious and redudant. Statement such as "seeking a summer intern

1. For the objective statement, would it be good include some detailed info
(such as the open job code listed online) about the position seeking, which
I think indicates that I've done the research on the company I am applying.
2. The "Language" in the skills, do you refer to programming language, or
spoken language?
3. The "interest" means "hobby" here, rigth?

Yes, if you can write a good objective statement, then it's nice to have it,
still not neccessary, especially if you have a cover letter with your
resume.
