The JD:
Back up accounts payable position and supervise AP work
Prepare payroll
Review expenses accounts, ensure accuracy and completeness
Sales tax filing
Generate, send out and book cross billing
Update/book all prepaid schedule and complete recons
Follow up with unclear prepaid clearance
Update Fixed asset weekly and recon between FA system and GL
Run/book depreciation and disposal details
check and book other accruals
Update/book share incentive schedule
Update HP, REDHAT and Allerlogic monthly charge schedule and book accruals
Move all cross charging departments exp balance to 104390
Update marketing rolling budget table, holding the monthly meeting,
tracking budget
Maintain defer rental schedule
Credit card recon
Bank Recon
Basic requirement:
3 years AP hand on experience, at least 1year on AP supervising position.
2 years GL experience.
Tax related experience, such as sales tax.
Payroll experience, prefer with ADP.
4 years Bachelor degree with accounting background.
Company does not sponsor GC or relocation.
Company is located at Santa Clara, Bay area.
