发帖数: 1651 | 1 我现在在小公司，公司用三个银行账户，其中一个做A/P, 另外的用于收账和还贷等，
基本上每个账户的最终balance 都为零。老板说很多公司都是这样的。不晓得其他公司
是不是？还没理解为什么bank account balance始终为零是怎么回事。
还有，我在的这个公司reconcile cash有format （用excel做成）。和学校学的有点类
似，但很不同啊。学校学的太简易了。是不是每个公司做cash reconciliation的流程
都不同呢?大家所在公司流程如何呢？

户那里挣的钱 = line of credit (loan) + 其他expenses (payroll, etc)

101"，啥是ACCOUNTING 101,怎么感觉像在看天书。主要是记得学校上学是老师说CASH
FLOW一定不能是零或者是负，但银行账户不就是显示了CASH FLOW吗？
还有，一直没搞清银行账户和FINANCIAL STATEMENTS（CASH FLOW, P&L)之间的关系。

楚,我们的客户也是中小客户,也有同时用两三个帐户的,但都为零确实很少,你应该在
BANK STATEMENT看得出来钱流向那去了,比如这个月收入$1000进帐了,是不是转了$500
去AP帐户去了 ,转了$500去还贷帐户,很多小公司管理不严也会公用,私用混在一起,看
银行有钱,就取走私用,看银行没钱,有把私人的钱放进去,我们就会设一个SHAREHOLDER
ADVANCE 的BALANCE SHEET 的帐户,与PROFIT没关,我也觉得全为零很少见,或许你们公
司喜欢为零?或许有余钱就要分配?或许象另外一位网友分析母公司子公司?但除非我能
看到真实的BANK STATEMENT, 不然我也没法回答你.
