无耐H1B很难找到合适的工作，于是一气之下就辞了。
现在的问题是，我考过了所有的CPA EXAM，本来让老板CERTIFY 经验，他说两三个月前
就寄去了，可是最近打电话问NEW YORK STATE，他们根本没有收到。说实在的他说寄了
，但事实上没寄，这点出在他身上，一点不意外。
我觉得既然他为人如此，又加上我也已经辞职了，更本不可能再找他去CERTIFY经验了
。我很想知道有没有其他的STATE无需经验的就可以拿CPA的。

What to do if your California employer will not complete a Certificate of
Experience
Every applicant for certification can expect to have a Certificate of
Experience completed on his or her behalf. Accordingly, under the provisions
of Section 69, the Board will investigate instances in which a California
CPA or PA in public accounting has refused to provide a Certificate of
Experience for experience obtained in his or her employ as long as an
application for licensure has been submitted.

If your employer refuses to complete a Certificate of Experience on your
behalf, the Board recommends the following steps be taken:
1.
Submit a written request to your employer asking that he or she complete the
Certificate of Experience on your behalf and submit a copy to the Board.
Your request should provide the employer with a reasonable amount of time to
respond.
2.
If your employer does not respond, a follow-up request in writing should be
made.
3.
If your employer still does not respond, submit a letter to the Board asking
that the Board intervene on your behalf. Copies of the original and follow-
up letters should accompany your letter to the Board.
4.
It is suggested that all correspondence be sent Certified Mail, Return

As an alternative to the one-year experience, you may opt to qualify for a
certificate by meeting a higher education requirement. (See Chapter 2 of the
Rules of the Colorado State Board of Accountancy.)
2.5 EDUCATION IN LIEU OF EXPERIENCE UNDER 12-2-109(1)(c). These education
requirements apply to persons who choose the education in lieu of experience
option to qualify for certification. A. A baccalaureate degree plus an
additional 30 semester hours of non-duplicative study or a master's degree
or other higher degree; B. At least 45 semester hours in accounting subjects
(combination of undergraduate and graduate coursework) in such areas as
elementary accounting, accounting theory, accounting practice, managerial
accounting, cost accounting, tax accounting, not-for-profit accounting,
auditing, governmental accounting and accounting related computer and
information systems. Of the 45 semester hours, at least 6 semester hours
must be in auditing. In order to receive credit for accounting related
computer and information systems coursework, the transcripts must indicate
an accounting program code, or the applicant may furnish other information
to indicate an accounting related course. C. At least 36 semester hours of
courses in business administration which may be in areas such as upper
division economics; the legal and social environment of business; business
law; marketing; finance; management; organizational, group and individual
behavior; quantitative applications in business; and upper division written
communication. No more than 9 semester hours shall be in any one area. D.
The courses required by paragraphs (B) and (C) above shall be taken at or
acceptable for transfer by one or more schools with approved accounting
programs as defined in rule 2.3. E. The three semester hours of auditing
required in paragraph (A) must address the generally accepted auditing
standards (GAAS) as defined in rule 1.1Q. The remaining three hours may be
in advanced auditing or a subset of basic auditing such as fraud auditing.

你们的意思是 如果在加州考完CPA 加上你是Master 有150学分 不需要１年工作经
验 然后就可以去ＩＬ申请CPA Certification,这个证是全美都可以用的？
