4 的业务和市场好坏关联很大吧。而且可以趁着裁人，招一批更年轻，更便宜的劳动力
，这个对big 4很重要。相对公司应该还算稳定。
layoff soon，这个可难说了，除非经济真正好起来。

If you look at bama's foreign policies, most of them are the same as those of Bush.
