2：是不是想做上述工作就没必要考CPA了？
追加一个，CPA是不是找工作必须啊？能有多大帮助呢？
前两个问题是一个同学告诉我的，说是进不了acc. firm以后就很难再去做public acc.

later.
My first job is account clerk or bookkeeping for two and half years, i used
all my free time to pass the cpa exam during the time i have worked there.
Once i passed the exam i found my current job, my firm is a
local medium size public accounting firm and i had my H1b1 transferred to my
current employer. But if you want to go to big 4 then i have no idea.
