发帖数: 437 | 3 Well. It has been the longest interview I have had by far (I had 3 interview
experience including this one). It started at 9:30am and ended at 3pm. There
were 4 parts involved in the interview process. 1 the introduction of the
company. 2 interview with their store managers, assistant managers, and
shift managers. 3 lunch. 4 on-site interview. Most of the interview
questions were behavior questions, like "give me an example of how your deal
with something unforseeable?" If my memory brings me right, almost all the
question began with "give me an example..." I felt that they kind of looking
for someone who is able to manage changes and has good morality...
By they way, does everyone has any idea about this leadership intern? I am
still looking for other internship that might better fit my major because I
do not see much connection between the leadership intern and my major. Wish
me good luck:-)
