after 3-4 years switch to industry if you cannot bear the overtime/late
nights in public.
Starting in public will usually give you more exposure to different sections
and train you professionally - from oral and written communications to the
way of thinking/solving problems. And in public most people are more
talented and dedicated to work, and most people are professional, from which
I benefited a lot when I started my career.
Industry usually have slower pace and more politics, which I think will be a
waste to career beginners. But it will offer stable work hours once you
start up a family. Of course, I know a lot of people came from public to
industry, then went back to public again because they don't like the
politics in industry.
So CPA firms and industry both have its own pros/cons...hard to say which is
better, just depending on what you want and what your career stage is. | p**z 发帖数: 1311 | 3 do not comment on old topic.
