65k. 3-5% yearly increase in Big 4 is common now.Leave big 4 when you can |

I think your salary is too low.
I do not think the master degree can help you.

Just wondering if anyone have experience negotiating offer with big 4...or

firm (HR tell the story to managers, managers think that you are picky, not
take you on jobs)
if you are a master, you are already getting about $3000 more than other
people. (as of last year this is still the case).
if salary is your big concern, you might as well join a regional firm that
pay you higher because that's how they stay competitive. |

I am not that picky about money...just in the long-run, your future salary
will be based on your original salary.
I will probably ask HR about the compensation for my master's degree...

the whole world knows that big4 don't pay good (not good enough given the
hours) but everybody still works there for the name and wait until they get
out and get that 20%-30%-50% increase. |

many people are on the waiting list. You can't negotiate at all. Trust me.
Even you leav the firm after 3-5 years, corporation only pay an 25% extra
than in the firm. No one can get double pay now.

About your concern for future salary, don't worry too much as the rest of
the world knows you are underpaid at big 4, so any decent company will match
you to comparable peers. |

for west PA. maybe at the lower side, but you cannot compare west PA to NYC.
