接管这家公司的帐,我想create a new company from QuickBooks,start from January
1st, 2010.由于accounts and items 太多,我直接把旧QuickBooks转到新的
QuickBooks,但数据不会转过来,我也实地盘点了所有产品的库存数算出了今年年初的实
际数(当然与QuickBooks的年初帐面数相差甚远),我想直接将这些实际库存数直接录入
新的QuickBooks的年初数,但我不知道如何录入年初的各个产品品种的数量,哪位高手能

看来我只能用土方法了,有人有更好方法的请告诉我. 我的土方法是:
Step 1, Enter bill -- say "the beginning qty of each intem of 2010"(随便编的
一个vendor name), then you can input the qty, price and cost of each item.
Step 2, Make Adjustment Entry
Debit A/P -- the beginning qty of each item of 2010(choose it in the Name
Column)
Credit Beginning Balance of Equity

their "in hand". Of course, the balance of the vendor - "the beginning qty
of each item of 2010" will be zero.

发帖数: 659 | 6 是只输入vendor的初始数据还是不同account的数据，我记得以前学Peachtree是在新建
公司的时候，可以录入初始数据的，不知道Quickbooks是否有这个功能。 | j*******g
