考完CPA后就没有申请CERTIFICATE，(PERMIT对我也貌似没啥用）。最近心血来潮准备
申请一下，发现三年要120个CPE。
大家都是怎么弄得？去上课有点贵，总找老板报销也不合适。industry也没有多少

I thought you only need to pass the exam, and have signoff to get the
license...
you need cpe to remain active. |

CPE within a rolling 3-calendar-year period, with a minimum of 20 hours in
any year unless otherwise exempt."

有的学校每年都有给学生填税表的volunteer活动，那个有cpe的。另外，你们州的CPA
组织会经常有seminor，200-300一天，应该可以得到8个credits.

required on-the-job experience or have previously met it but in the meantime
have lapsed their continuing professional education are, in many states,
permitted the designation "CPA Inactive" or an equivalent phrase.
