Parker Corp. owns 80% of smith Inc.¡¦s common stock. During 2009,
Parker sold Smith $250,000 of inventory on the same terms as sales made to
third parties. Smith sold all of the inventory purchased from Parker in

发帖数: 767 | 5 well, based on the answer, I can tell it's COGS, but from its wording, I really thought it was the selling price. If I meet such kind of question on the exam, how should I do it? Did i miss anything here? |

卖价指的是P卖这批东西给S的价格； cost是COGS，指的是S卖这批东西给第三方时S的
COGS，COGS就是S从P那里买这批东西时付的钱，也就是P的卖价。请搞清楚是谁的cost
谁的price。
这不是道很标准的题吗？只是语言上有些模糊，所以楼主有些confused。楼上的，你仔
细看看楼主在问什么，再回复好吗？楼主问的是250是P的price还是P（这里是P，不是S
）的COGS，根据答案来看，显然不是P的COGS，所以是P的Price。 |

其实吧，我开始也觉得250刀是卖给s的价，于是我就卷起衣袖要来用markup on
selling price算实际的原始的cost，但是没算出来，后来看答案，觉得250 是原始
cost，但是我觉得从语言角度看，我就是觉得是selling price to s... 不知道大家
怎么理解这句话？ |
