Anyone know how to record warrants under GAAP? For example, one company
received cash for warrants issued to investor? We should debit cash, what to
credit (liability or equity) ? Does it make a difference like it is 5 year
or 10 years warrants? How to adjust if the warrant get exercised or never
exercised?
