Meanwhile you will be interviewed by a mix group of people including
partners, senior managers or managers.
They may also have lunches and some staffs may accompany you during the
lunch.
All people you have met may have a say on the final decision table.
So my suggestion is
1. Be professional
2. Be energetic
3. Talk talk talk
4. Ask Ask Ask
Whenever the practice you choose and apply, do your homework and research.

发帖数: 10 | 6 All interviewers in big 4 will have a list of behavioral questions.
However, seldom people will follow exactly the list.
Still comes to the basic and typical questions.
1. Why EY?
2. Why EY audit, or tax or advisor or others?
3. how do you show teamwork skills?
4. how do you show leadership skills?
5. how do you show you can work under stress time?
6. Communication skills
Those are not new questions at all. However, still not everyone can answer
it or even well prepare it.
