tell future employer about current salary. Do I had to tell them or not? I
find they always set up the salary based on your previous one. My current

salary anyway through background check.
You don't need to worry about your current salary being low, because if you
are well qualified and competent for the new job, they should be able to
match salary with the new job. As for salary negotiation skills, there are
